How hard is it to replace my LuxSauna parts?

Very easy.  We have parts and instructions dating back to Luxsauna's first day of business in 2004.  We provide instructions and have a staff of trained technicians to walk you through the entire process.  We've been replacing LuxSauna parts since 2006.

Why can't I just purchase individual parts?

This turns into a what's next situation for you.  Believe us, we used to sell parts individually and our customers had constant breakdowns after the fact.  Power supplies and controllers often fail together and or very close to the same time.  If we send you a brand new power supply and you also have a bad controller, guess what?  It may fry your brand new power supply.  Now costing you double.  Just not worth it.

What is the life expectancy of your replacement parts?

Our power replacement LuxSauna power supplies have a cycle expectancy of 6,000 uses.  Generally 2-3x the expectancy of the power supply that came with your original LuxSauna.  Parts have evolved since you purchased your saunas.

What is your warranty?

We offer a flat 5 year warranty on all residential applications, 3 years on commercial.  Your new parts have a cycle rate of 6,000.

Should I just purchase a new sauna?

You can.  Just depends on your budget and the overall condition of your sauna.  If your cabinet and heaters are in good shape we would recommend replacing your parts.  It's like maintenance on your car.  Why purchase a new care when you can make repairs?
