9. Fix My Sauna Rebuilds

By submitting payment to Fix My Sauna you agree to the following terms and conditions.  At no time is Fix My Sauna responsible for engineering flaws, inadequate sauna wiring, poorly designed or over amperage heaters, installation errors or any other component in your infrared sauna.  We can not control engineering flaws from the original manufacture or installation therefore we shall not be responsible for damage.  Fix My Sauna upgrades the parts you send to us, we have no control over other items in your sauna that may malfunction.  Fix My Sauna reserves the right to send a similar control box case or cover if we determine it will be more efficient or quicker.  Typical re-builds run 3-4 weeks unless we have to order components we do not stock or processors that have to be obtained by the original manufacture, generally overseas.  This may increase the lead time on re-builds by as little as a few days to more than a month.  We, like you, are at mercy of dealing with parts made in a different country.  With any re-build, Fix My Sauna reserves the right to upgrade you to a universal control box and control panel if deemed unrepairable.
